A day in the life: *

The PX Coordinator has overall responsibility for the efficient operation of all people processes, systems and information, and provides first-line people advisory support to the business with the aim of providing a seamless and exceptional experience.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Take the lead on cyclical task delivery, including but not limited to annual background checks and childcare audits
- Continuously improve people processes and service delivery to users for a seamless and efficient employee experience
- Provide accurate and timely advice regarding PEXA’s policies, people processes and systems with escalation to relevant SME when required
- Ensure accurate and timely provision of employee documentation such as Contractor, Position Update, Higher Duties and Relocation letters, as well as termination documentation
- Support the PX team to deliver integrated people project, processes and solutions to the business
- Provide basic performance management and policy guidance to people leaders, escalating complex matters to the PX Business Partners
- Provide support to the People Partners as required
- Ensure all people systems and data are maintained diligently and accurately, including onboarding, offboarding and position change scenarios
- Educate and support the PX team in using HR systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
- The main point of contact for all systems-related needs for employee onboarding, offboarding and job changes to ensure the integrity of data and HR system-related integrations
- Support the PX team in ensuring HR systems are providing a great employee experience at all points of the employee life cycle
- Undertake data reconciliations and simple analytics to identify trends and provide insights into the business
- Provide relevant reporting to the business as required

**Skills and Experience**
- HR qualification essential
- Demonstrated HR administration experience essential
- HR Advisory experience is preferable but not essential
- Experience using HR systems preferred
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective inter-departmental and organisational relationships
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
