What you’ll contribute to

The National Incentives and Promotions Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the development and implementation of motivation strategies, through incentive programs and projects to maximise vehicle sales volume, value chain utilisation, market share, & customer satisfaction.

The role is part of the National Sales Division, which is responsible planning, coordination and execution of all national vehicle sales, fleet, integrated planning and logistics activities in order to achieve vehicle sales volume, market share and profitability objectives.

This is a Permanent Full-time role based in Port Melbourne

How you’ll make an impact- Assist in the development of promotions and incentives programs, projects and events in order to contribute to sustained customer satisfaction and align activities to the overall objectives of National Sales, including supporting the development of communication and budget papers.- Implement agreed promotions and incentives programs, projects and events consistent with set policies, processes and procedures in order to achieve National Sales objectives.- Ensure recognition and motivation programs, projects and events are delivered on time, and are compliant, financially stable and without risk of non-authorised processes and transactions through project and time management controls.- Act as a key contact for recognition and motivation programs, projects and events and demonstrates strong internal and external stakeholder management skill. Liaise with Agencies, Dealers and Regions as required to gather information required for programs and events and to resolve any queries and issues and escalates matters as necessary to minimise risk.- Assist in the gathering, summarising, and reporting of information and monitor and analyse performance against targets for own area and recommend countermeasures where required.

Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you- Degree qualification in Marketing, Commerce or equivalent experience.- 2+Years accumulative experience- Experience in an automotive sales and marketing environment- Understanding of the Dealer Network and its operational activities- Project management experience desirable
