**Neurosurgical practice seeking FT receptionist / admin staff member with a love of all things reception **

Offering FT permanent employment,

Salary negotiable + Retention bonus + yearly bonus + Super. We also have a lot of coffee and there’s free birthday lunch of course

Looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to think laterally & be pro active in helping to ensure smooth running of the practice each day.

Duties will include:

- Booking / confirming appointments
- Organising referral triage with the surgeon
- Invoicing / receipting incl Medicare TAC Workcover etc
- Admin work related to Medico Legal documents ( we can train you for this )

Desired skills:

- Ground knowledge of working in private surgical practice incl understanding confidentiality, patient care, empathetic nature etc
- Genie / Gentu experience ( we run on MAC )
- Computer skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- A desire to grow the role over time, learn new skills and be part of a wonderful team.

You will be trained and supported by the Practice Manager and Operations Manager.

**Salary**: $66,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
