The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our friendly Finance team to effectively support the DCA Business Units.
As someone who thrives on working within a fast-paced environment where you will be supported in growing your career, you will be responsible for:

- End-to-end accounts payable including processing purchase orders, invoice coding to GL, invoice entry in accounting system, getting appropriate authorization, supplier queries and processing payments.
- Process company credit card transactions
- Travel expense reconciliations
- Administration of Cab charges & Uber
- Timesheet administration/maintenance
- Assist with other accounts tasks as necessary

Supporting your development
Once you have mastered the core responsibilities of the Accounts Payable function you will have the opportunity to diversify and broaden your accounting experience by taking other responsibilities within the Finance team.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
- Undergraduate degree in accounting (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong Numerical/Reconciliation knowledge
- Productive work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Outstanding attention to detail, organisation and time-management abilities.
