We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.

The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt and processing to payment and reconciliation. This role ensures that all payments are made accurately and on time, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. The Accounts Payable Officer plays a critical role in managing cash flow, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

**Your role as Accounts Payable Officer will include**:

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with end-to-end AP processing experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle).
- Experience with ERP systems and invoice automation tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
