**About You**

You are analytical, forward-thinking and creative-problem solver, highly capable of working proactively within a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously while navigating through ambiguity. Self-motivated, proactive and diligent, capable of juggling multiple projects with a can-do attitude and working to tight deadlines.

**What do I need?**
- You are someone who has a flexible, proactive approach and ability to deal with change and passionate in developing new, productivity solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- We would expect you to have strong knowledge and hands-on SQL experience to navigate complex databases, systems and extract, manipulate data to derive insights from large structured/unstructured datasets. Experience with Python and/or SAS is highly regarded.
- You are a collaborative team player who is pragmatic, results-oriented and possess strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- You will be proficient working with Tableau or an equivalent data visualisation tool to provide simple and easy access to information. Having the ability to translate business requirements into technical specification that facilitate the design, build and implementation of data analytics, reporting solutions is highly regarded as well as drive insight consumption through visualisations and storytelling or self-service functionality.
- Also highly desirable is your experience managing stakeholders and the ability to engage with different teams to gather requirements as well as proposing recommendations, solutions and documenting process and procedures.
- You will be a critical/analytical thinker with excellent time management skills and be confident in presenting findings and work iteratively to refine your methods and findings.
- Sound knowledge of banking products or experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with working in Agile, Scrum and/or Kanban environments
- Have a risk mindset by maintaining an adequate focus on compliance, Risk Management and incorporating risk reduction into processes and procedures.
