**About the Company**

We are seeking 2 x Data and Policy Analyst to join a NSW government organisation. This is a 9 month contract. It will be flexible work arrangements with 2 day in the Parramatta office and the 3 days working from home. There is one Senior role paying $800 - $900 p/d + super and one role paying $550 - 750 per day + super.

**About the Role**
- Lead processing and analysing of small and large-scale survey data in a fast-paced outcomes-focused environment.
- Lead development of various reports for multiple purposes including high level briefings and slide packs for senior managers and summary data packs for survey owner groups.
- Lead supportive survey-related activities for major Government and departmental initiatives including maintaining project plans and coordinating resources.

**About You**
- Experience in data and policy analyst is ideal
- Preferably government experience
- Excellent communication skills
