**In this role, you'll**:
Undertake the acquisition, quality assurance, analysis, interpretation, manipulation, and dissemination of operational data to provide trusted data services supporting business and customer outcomes.

Work as directed to ensure the acquisition, quality assurance, and delivery of high-quality and accurate operational data from data suppliers to support users within the required timeframe.

Establish and manage strong working relationships with transport operators, data suppliers, and key internal business areas to ensure the timely provision of accurate data.

**About you**:

- Hold tertiary qualifications or demonstrate relevant, equivalent professional experience.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of RDBMS and PL/SQL.
- Have experience and expert knowledge in writing technical documentation and user manuals.
- Have experience working in a production support environment and collaborating effectively with global delivery partners and team members.
- Demonstrate overall technology experience.
