The Opportunity
We are looking for a Site Administrator to support our landmark Waratah Super BESS project based 45kms from Newcastle in NSW. The Waratah Super BESS will be the largest renewable energy battery in the Southern Hemisphere at 850mW.
As the Site Administrator you will be the most organised person on site and thrive in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to a range of tasks. You will use your excellent organisation skills to keep key projects moving by supporting the Project Team to successfully deliver CPP’s flagship project.
You will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities including:
Supporting the Project and SQE team in administrative tasks;
General document control and data entry;
Assistance in the setup of new Suppliers and Customers;
Purchase order preparation and tracking;
General administrative and management support to Site Managers and supervisors.

About You
**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Experience working in a similar administration role
Whilst not essential, previous experience on a construction site is preferred
Intermediate to advanced experience in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
A great attitude with exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Full Australian Drivers Licence
