**The opportunity**
The Experience team pioneer engagement and retention activities across the Fund, with a focus on integrating and embedding easy to use, relevant and simple communications and experiences across all member touch points.
In this newly created position, you’ll support the Experience team in the seamless integration of operational activities, including:

- Engaging with the Experience leadership team to interpret and analyse management data
- Preparing commentary for different reporting requirements
- Scheduling and leading meetings and team events
- Preparing and coordinating cross-team and cross-organisation projects
- Managing regular governance reporting requirements and budgets
- Supporting the Chief Experience Officer in the strategic development of the department

**What you’ll bring**
This is a great opportunity for an efficient coordinator or specialist with a strong analytical and data-centric background who is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter and will have:

- Demonstrated experience in an operational or reporting role within superannuation/ financial services or related field (preferred)
- Superior analytical and conceptual skills demonstrated by the ability to distil and synthesise information in a clear and succinct manner
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in a respectful, collaborative and efficient manner
