**Customer Support Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)**

We are seeking an all-rounder Customer Success Specialist to support the team across client management, project coordination, and general operations. This diverse role blends administration with client support and offers hands-on experience in a fast-evolving industry.

**The Co-Founders: Pat x 2**
In this role, you will be working directly with the Co-Founder and Sales Executive, Patrick Tran. Patrick is an easy-going, warm and affable professional who has a knack for building meaningful connections. He is the sales powerhouse of Leading Leads, never failing to make anyone feel at home
You will also be in frequent collaboration with Co-Founder and SEO Specialist, Patrick Ong. Patrick has a keen eye for detail and problem solving. Balanced with his empathetic nature, he offers great strategic guidance to support you in your role. Pat does the heavy-lifting for clients of Leading Leads, keeping their campaigns afloat.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reporting & Client Management**
- Maintain progress trackers, review systems, and documentation for internal and external use
- Communicate directly with clients to assist with onboarding, follow-ups, and ongoing support
**Reporting**
- Collaborate with the SEO and Sales specialists to build client reports using Ahrefs, Google Search Console, CallRail, and Canva **(training provided)**:
- Prepare and co-deliver fortnightly and monthly reporting presentations for clients
**Weekly Tasks May Include**:
- Running short internal meetings to align the team and flag priorities
- Updating internal systems to track progress and timelines for client projects
- Preparing reports and dashboards on client SEO performance
**Availability Requirement**:
Be available in the evenings after 5:00 PM (preferred)
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Organised, self-motivated, and dependable
- Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Experience in administration, client service, or project support roles
- Fast learner with strong initiative and attention to detail
- **Bonus**: Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or sales
