**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a **Customer Success Manager**to join our national Graphic Communications (GC) team.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Direct, your key focus will be to deliver a high-quality customer experience, from the initial client contact through to onboarding, and ongoing account management.
In your new role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers on a day-to-day basis with queries about products, services, orders and implementation, taking the lead on managing any changes within the account.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the GC Specialist team to identify opportunities, review account health and fulfil the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal Commercial, Legal, Sales Operations, Billing, and Pre/Post Sales Teams to support the GC Sales Specialists from inception to deployment
- Review account performance with the GC Specialist team through data and market insights to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies (including Sales Plans) to increase customer retention and engagement
- Manage account enquiries to ensure a Customer Happy Experience (CHX) is delivered
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven Inside Sales or Customer Success experience, preferably within a technology environment
- Strong CRM and MS Office skills, including MS Excel and Web Presentation tools
- Superior organisational and multitasking skills
- Great track record in managing customer expectations
