**What You Will Do**:
The Customer Success and Education Specialist will report to the Customer Success and Education Lead, responsible for Education and Customer Success.
The role includes:
- Coordinating and facilitating RLDatix product training for new and existing customers
- Gaining an understanding of our clients’ individual needs
- Supporting the rollout of new products and features in the region
- Continual improvement and innovation of the training program and content
- Contributing to the creation, review, and management of system documentation of all formats
A crucial part of the role is to become a Subject Matter Expert on RLDatix products.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for:
- Managing training schedules and balancing the training demands of several clients
- Accurately implement appropriate education activities that address the customer’s needs
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ensuring that training and system documentation are accurate and up to date
- Keeping up to date and accurate knowledge of RLDatix product suite
- Effectively contributing to the running of RLDatix events
- Travel to meet with customers for education purposes
- High level of customer satisfaction
- Providing support to your colleagues
- Actively engaging with all internal teams
- Upholding the company’s code of conduct and business ethics
- WHS Compliance
- Prioiritising ad hoc requests raised by the Customer Success and Education Lead
**Experience/Knowledge You Will Need**:
Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience in training, education, or adult learning
- Competent in presenting to both large and small groups
- Experience in developing and maintaining learning material such as user guides, quick reference guides or LMS
- Windows Technologies including the Operating System and Microsoft 365
- Experience delivering training either face-to-face or via online meeting tools
- Possess good knowledge of computers and computer software
- Customer service ethic and focus; client-driven
- Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
- Experience in creating educational videos
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the health, community, or aged care sectors an advantage
- Previous experience using Healthcare GRC systems an advantage
- Software training experience an advantage
**Requirements**:
- Permanent permission to work in Australia
- Clean National Police Check
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable, roadworthy car
- Sit for long periods of time
- Stare at a computer monitor for long periods of time
- Intra and interstate travel is required, as well as occasional international travel
