- Full-time, Fixed-term position until December 2025- Salary Level HEW 5 + 17% Superannuation- Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working
About the role
As Student Lifecycle Officer, you will support the effective day-to-day operations of academic administration across all programs, modes and locations within the student lifecycle including, credit assessment, enrolment, academic progress and completions. You will oversee the provision of timely and accurate information, advice and service to students and other clients of the STEM College, and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a broad range of student lifecycle activities across the College.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering administrative and/or enrolment services in an educational environment- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit, contributing to the achievement of team goals-
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance- Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of management, staff and external parties on complex, sensitive and confidential issues- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers and commitment to delivering excellent customer service About the College
