**The Organisation**:
TAFE institute providing training and vocational education in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts.
**The Role**:
Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure effective, consistent, and reliable systems are in place to administer the lifecycle of the students. Provide excellent customer service to support international and local students.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level customer service to support international students
- Ensure compliance with all student lifecycle reporting requirements
- Compile statistical reports on such matters as admissions, enrolments and program completions and other student administration matters
**Skills & Experience**:
- Significant experience in an administration role
- Experience providing exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated IT skills using Microsoft and student management systems (e.g. StudentOne, TechOne)
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions with mínimal supervision
