**The Organisation**:
TAFE institute providing training and vocational education in Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary Arts.

**The Role**:
Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure effective, consistent, and reliable systems are in place to administer the lifecycle of the students. Provide excellent customer service to support international students.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level customer service to support international students
- Ensure compliance with all student lifecycle reporting requirements
- Compile statistical reports on such matters as admissions, enrolments and program completions and other student administration matters

**Skills & Experience**:

- Significant experience in an administration role
- Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions with mínimal supervision
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated IT skills using Microsoft and student management systems (e.g. StudentOne, TechOne)
- Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
