Exciting Reception/Assistant Role in Wellbeing Clinic -Part-time

A great opportunity for someone looking for part-time admin role ( assisting psychologist/nutritionist in coordinating a busy practice.

We are seeking a receptionist/office coordinator to join our successful psychology/nutrition clinic located in inner Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a long-term, stable role.

To be successful in this role you will;
Have previous experience working in a similar environment

Have outstanding communication and customer liaison skills

Possess a great telephone manner

Be professional, mature and well presented

Be well organised and have excellent attention to detail

Possess a calm, welcoming and empathetic nature

Be proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)

Be able to follow instructions, work independently and prioritise

Experience/knowledge of MYOB or ability to learn program

Your responsibilities will include;
Greeting clients

Diary management and booking/confirming appointments

Processing client payments

Managing client intake and associated medical documentation

Assisting with composition of psychological/legal reports

Maintaining the presentation of the office and preparing the consultation room

Entering accounts payable and receivable

Managing medical paperwork and accounts

Supporting projects and assignments

Other ad-hoc duties as required

This is a part-time job share position that can also provide great work experience for a Psychology student/graduate. If interested, please send your cover letter referring to the above and current CV (with references).

**Salary**: $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
