**Position Summary & Purpose**
The **Property Operations Coordinator** will provide administrative support to the Distribution Growth, Franchise Operations Team to assist in the coordination of key aspects of the new store builds and existing store refit/refresh process including key supplier orders relating to digital screens, flooring and furniture. This role also provides a high level of support to the State Distribution Teams in the coordination of Franchise Operations processes relating to new store on-boarding and existing store renewals and variations. This role is also responsible for the coordination of key Distribution Growth Initiatives.
**Position Responsibilities**
- Managing and updating the refresh and refit register, breach processes and other supporting documents
- Daily coordination of communications, guides and deliverables such as signage and furniture
- Manual tracking of refit and refresh costs
- Coordinate any required meetings with key stakeholders
- Set key operational reminders with all relevant stakeholders
- Overall management of O365 Distribution Franchise and Retail Operations Groups
- Data entry, updating Salesforce and templates ie. Leases
- Data entry and reporting on current and previous Distribution Growth initiatives, including the Broker Referral Program
- Supplier Governance processes and onboarding new suppliers
- Assist with the creation of standard operating procedures
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required.
**Position Requirements - Background & Expertise**
- Previous experience in administrative support roles
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Previous operations/logistics/franchising experience (preferred)
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, O365 (at a minimum)
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to document processes
- Ability to proactively identify, understand, communicate and act on current and future risks
- Help create and work in a risk resilient environment
- Ability to always ask ‘Should We?’, not just Can We?’, to deliver better customer outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of both brokerage & franchise models.
