**What **you’ll** do**:

- Administer WaterNSW’s asset registers to ensure timely replacement, delivery, maintenance, repairs and disposals. Discharge of all regulatory obligations and in accordance with WaterNSW‘s property, fleet and security management contracts, policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative support by maintaining relevant information systems to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, budget reconciliations and support for vendor management.
- Coordinate compliance training and dissemination of updated policies and procedures for WaterNSW employees and external contractors on fleet, property and safety policies to minimise contractual and probity issues.
- Co-ordinate inspections and maintenance scheduling for critical building equipment including first aid, defibrillator, fire safety equipment and security.
- Provide accurate data to support capacity forecasting for existing buildings including workstation demand, parking space, lockers and associated facilities.
- Coordinate and compile insurance claims relating to WaterNSW’s light and heavy motor vehicles, trailers, registrable plant and watercraft.

**What we are looking for**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience deemed equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience working in property, fleet, plant and logistics and administration.
- Sound stakeholder relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements relating to fleet, logistics and security, and the ability to use enterprise asset management and finance information systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the Building Code of Australia
- Ability to communicate clearly and to write clear reports and communications for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders
