**Your new role**
- Take lead on performance marketing campaigns for clients across paid adverting
- Develop creative and strategic directions of campaigns for clients across a range of industries (FMCG, entertainment, hospitality)
- Partner up with relevant teams to create engaging content, design and copy for social media campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimise campaign performance
- Identify opportunities for client growth and new business development
- Manage relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing any questions or areas of concern

W
**hat you’ll need to succeed**
- You’re well-adverse across managing paid social media content (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and you understand what platforms a business/brand should use to maximise their reach and outcomes.
- You know strategy - what works and what doesn’t for each individual client, you know it’s not a “one size fits all” approach
- Data and analysis have been key components of your campaign performance strategies, you’ve been around the block with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and similar
- A/B testing and CRO are processes you’re well across and have managed in the past
- You’re a people person - customer service comes naturally, you know how to manage clients and ensure maximum satisfaction
- You know agency world and you have 5+ years in a digital marketing agency
