As a Technical Product Manager, you are responsible for the overseeing all product development process and make sure it aligns with the product strategy and overall, the company strategy and goals. In this role, you will support the product owner to build the product road map and will take charge of feature prioritization, research, user testing, and ideation; this includes working with the respective parties in identifying potential integration products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications and production timetables.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Build and Manage product road map
- Manage the product vision
- Research market gaps
- Support creation of requirements and decomposition
- Assess emerging products and make recommendations on technology
- Conduct capability analysis
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
- Support service delivery manager on the product and its capabilities
- Assess and address technical risks
- Understand and analyse data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
- Risk assessment on integration, features, development, etc
- Define success criteria for product acceptance
- Develop and execute product roadmap
- Involvement with sales engineering and support the sales lifecycle
- Ability to quickly build clear cut product requirements and technical documentations
- Support the sales team among others with customer queries, bids and projects

About you

- Bachelor's/Master degree in engineering, CS, IT or related
- Certifications in business, scrum master or agile
- Project Management are highly desirable.
- 4+ years of experience in product management space consisting of hardware, firmware and/or software
- 4+ years of experience on computer science, software development and/or engineering
- Working knowledge of software development techniques and procedures, such as scrum and agile.
- Product road mapping skills
- API knowledge
- Jira experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High-level leadership and people management skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills (inc. presentation skills)
- Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships
