**The role**:
We work across a range of exciting brands and industries. This is a newly created role to work with our dynamic Product Support team.

You will provide product support and warranty administration including Onetrak service contracts, customer fleet performance report drafting, dealer management system (ERA Power) support, equipment telematics administration, product service bulletin and OEM technical documentation cataloguing and distribution. Assist National Product Support staff with all product support matters and work with OEM product support staff as required.

**About You**:
We are looking for a team player, who takes pride in high quality work and is always looking to improve.
- Current driver’s licence.
- Understanding and knowledge of warranty administration processes.
- Technical experience as either a heavy machinery diesel mechanic, service adviser or similar.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills both written and oral.
- Strong IT skills including Excel.
- The ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
- Health and Safety focused.
- Strong Commitment to work.
