**About Us**:
Our client is a well-established manufacturer and distributer of health care related products such as orthotics, prosthetics and Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Podiatry products.

They are a registered supplier of the Department for Veterans Affairs and the preferred distribution partner of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

Working with logos such as Prostek, oapl, Biersdorf, Artificial Limbs and Appliances (ALA) and Orfit, they have had great success in recent years and have big plans to continue this trajectory. The role of Field Sales Manager has opened up off the back of this growth.

**About You**:
We would love the see the following qualities:

- Preferably has experience selling into hospitals and in the healthcare space
- Has previous experience in corporate management
- Experienced in B2B sales
- Results driven and resilient mindset
- Compassionate, enthusiastic and motivational nature

**What the role will entail day-to-day**:

- Player - Coach role: having individual targets and managing and mentoring a team of 3 other driven individuals
- Look after the Victoria territory, responsible for the company’s largest market share
- Handling deal values of up to $100K
- Selling into hospitals only
