Redpath Partners exclusively bring to market a newly created 'Head of Leasing' position on behalf of one Australia's leading ASX listed retailers.

Reporting directly into the CEO & CFO, you will be responsible for the end to end leasing / expansion of three separate brands throughout Australia & New Zealand. Each with an expected portfolio expansion varying from 5-15 new stores per year.

As the Head of Leasing your responsibilities will include:

- Positive management of relationships with all landlords and property representatives
- Proactively sourcing of new sites, utilising data tools
- Management of property leases within entire portfolio
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with all landlords with the view to ensure all stores are operating to company and management's expectations
- Ability to be up to date with all types of negotiations
- Management of Lease Administration
- Actively contribute to the business strategic direction
- Proactively and constructively identify and solve problems
- Ensure smooth on time delivery of new store openings, refurbishments and relocations
- Travel interstate and to New Zealand
- 5-7 + years of leasing experience representing a national retailer portfolio
- Have existing positive working relationships with most landlords and representatives throughout AUS & NZ
- A positive can - do attitude, whilst listening, challenging and directing

Although preferred location of role is to be based out of head office in QLD, due to vast majority of stores located within NSW & VIC, location is now open depending on the appointment.
