Account Manager, Novated Leasing

**About the Role**
BOQ Finance is looking for a Novated Leasing Account Manager to join the team in Melbourne and Sydney to support new growth.

This frontline sales role is crucial for driving business growth with both new and existing Novated Leasing Partners. The position aims to maximise value from the partner base and includes specific volume and margin targets.
- Aim to hit targets for new business volume, margin, market share, and partner satisfaction in Novated Leasing.
- Promote BOQ Finance as a top-notch provider of Novated Leasing finance and other financial products.
- Foster strong business relationships with contacts at BOQF and Business Bank.
- Ensure successful onboarding and training for new partnerships.
- Collect and maintain industry knowledge and competitive market data.
- Prepare and deliver formal quarterly business reviews.
- Address escalations and queries in a timely, efficient, customer centric manner.

**About you**
Our Account Manager will have a proven track record in sales and account or client relationship management, demonstrated sense of urgency and focus on follow-through and closing deals has consistently driven success. You will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with introducers, sales staff, credit analysts, and external customers.

You will have superior negotiation and conflict resolution skills, will be well-disciplined, with strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and your planning and decision-making abilities are robust, supported by excellent analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management issues related to finance products is a must. Additionally, you will be well-versed in the NCCP, privacy legislation, PPSR, and other relevant legislation, and have the ability to implement these effectively.
