A new 6 month contract opportunity is currently available for an ICT Project Coordinator to join a well-established Organisation based in Brisbane.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for performing day-to-day project management, operational and administrative activities to support project specific and ongoing team related objectives.

This role would suit those who enjoy working in a fast paced and complex environment who can priorities tasks daily.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, minute taking, development and coordination of project registers for actions, decisions, risks and issues, stakeholder contacts, etc.
- Analyse project data to provide accurate and timely performance reporting. Draft project status reports, update business cases and information papers for review and finalisation by the Project Manager.
- Maintenance and updating of the project schedule, for review and finalisation by the Project Manager.
- Financial management for the Project - invoicing, processing payments, budget management for the Project Manager - tracking actuals against budget and addressing variance justifications.
- Support the Project Manager and Stream Leads to ensure all risks are captured, updated and risk mitigation plans are in place.
- Coordination with the project team for recruitment, financial and status reporting, etc.
- Any other tasks required to support the project.
