To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Coordinator within our Talent Management & Organisational Design team. This role leads the coordination of HR activities central to the employee experience, including talent management ,learning, cultural and engagement initiatives for PepsiCo ANZ. Whilst primarily working with the local ANZ team, this role also interacts with both APAC and Global teams. Here is a great opportunity to utilise your strong coordination skills, but also flex your creative and digital muscle and play a leading role in activating our HR communications.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Coordinate a wide range of HR initiatives that are central to the employee experience - including talent management, learning, culture & engagement, DE&I, onboarding and careers.
- Provide analytical and reporting support to the TMOD team to ensure we have both data driven and insight led information
- Act as the ANZ Gatekeeper for e-learning and performance management platforms
- Creating and maintaining digital content on Employee Hub & Enboarder
- Use creative and digital skills to support HR communications across a variety of channels
- Co-ordination of Learning Calendar - scheduling, working with facilitators, follow-up, organising coaching sessions, collecting feedback
- Co-ordination of PepsiCo’s Organisational Health Survey (OHS)
- Lead all core compliance training activities across ANZ and manage relationships with e-learning vendors
