**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Hands on and leading from the front with strong skills in Visual Merchandising.
- Overseeing, motivating, and driving the Clusters and Training Managers to achieve the best results.
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales in every store and team member Australia wide.
- Overseeing general store maintenance & OHS.
- Motivate your Cluster Managers to achieve optimal results in sales, KPI's across all stores.
- Training and developing teams with Cluster Managers and Store Managers.

**To be successful you must have the following**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Must be hands on and commercially business minded.
- Ability to travel Interstate.
- You will need experience in successfully reaching sales target and staff retention.
- You will need a full driver's license and car and the availability to travel interstate when required.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Mobile phone and Service pro will be provided.
