Our client is seeking 2 experienced Payroll & HR Administrators to implement their new time and attendance system. The role is quite varied with a focus on end-to-end payroll and human resource administration.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Timely and accurate process our payroll weekly including salary, bonuses, commissions, leave, and managing PAYG tax for group and superannuation, Workcover, parental leave payments and monthly payroll and Workcover reconciliations.
- Time and attendance system processing weekly and daily and administration of on boarding, off boarding and maintaining accurate employee records and contracts of employment and checking time sheets, and rosters, back pays/adjustments and making sure staff are working within their hours allocated on their rostering and also making sure all staff are allocated their roles and being paid correct rates.
- Keeping records of casual timetables for rostering and supporting the retail team in this area and timely resolving employee enquiries Australia wide.
- Handle any management of workers compensation claims and administration requirements.
- Assist and support finance team in payroll related month end tasks and financial audits and end of year processing and ATO and payroll tax lodgements if required.
- Administration of seek ads and tracking employment success.
**GENERAL HR ADMINISTRATION DUTIES**
- Responsible for performance managing administration and communicating with store management teams.
- Administrating first aid training procedures
- Updating any policy and procedures manuals to make sure in align with current legislation.
- Team building events organizing within office administration.
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- End to end payroll processing in previous roles, tax and superannuation and must have 8 years plus experience working in previous roles and looking for stability.
- Experience with Micropay (preferable) and Advantage.
- Experience with Access Definitive time and attendance (preferable).
- Working with a retail payroll legislation and knowledge of retail awards(desirable).
- Experience with performance management and disciplinary action.
- Be able to prepare job descriptions posting ads and general HR experience.
