**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Ocean Freight Export Coordinator to join our team in Westmeadows, Victoria.

As the Ocean Freight Export Coordinator, you will:

- Receive/confirm bookings from Shipper’s.
- Confirm and book shipments with preferred carriers and register shipment in CargoWise1
- Source shipping rates and allocations of space from preferred shipping lanes and arrange corresponding road transports.
- Lodge EDN / PRA / VGM ensuring compliance and produce all necessary export documentation
- Maintain organisation details in CargoWise1 and complying with all relevant legislation and policies.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 3 years Export Sea Freight/ Freight Forwarding experience
- Must have CargoWise1 experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Superb organisational and time management ability
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
- IMDG code training preferred
