Operations Finance Coordinator

**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Finance Coordinator to join our Global Forwarding function based in Westmeadows. This position offers an opportunity for an ambitious and career minded individual wanting to be part of a highly regarded global organisation.

As the Operations Finance Coordinator, you will:

- Generating customer invoices using Cargo wise 1.
- Reporting with CW1 and Excel.
- Liaising with internal customer service teams and some external clients.
- Creditor approvals and processing.
- Data analysis, and other operational and financial duties as required.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Freight Forwarding industry and CW1 experience (highly regarded, not essential)
- Time management skills prioritizing competing priorities.
- Experience with invoicing and creditor processing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
