We’re on the lookout for a motivated **Allied Health Assistant (AHA)** to join our growing podiatry team at **Modern Medicine**, a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic known for excellence, innovation, and genuine care.

**About the Role**

This is a hands-on support role working alongside experienced podiatrists to assist in delivering exceptional care. Your role will combine clinical assistance, patient support, and administrative tasks to help keep the clinic running smoothly and clients feeling empowered.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist podiatrists during treatments and consultations
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment
- Support exercise therapy
- Educate patients on podiatric care and post-treatment instructions
- Clean, sterilise, and set up podiatry instruments
- Manage stock levels, product orders, and footwear displays
- Support administrative tasks including intake forms, patient bookings, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the wider allied health team to ensure seamless patient experiences

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or similar), nursing, therapy or beautitian qualifications - **preferred**:

- Experience or strong interest in podiatry, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation
- A warm, professional, and proactive communication style
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced clinical setting
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and patient-centred environment

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
