The Position

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who's excited about joining a growing private practice. You'll have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our services. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with our founders, Amie and Warrick.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy services.
  • Managing a diverse client list including NDIS, CTP, SAH and other streams, handpicked to support your professional growth and interests.
  • Collaborating with Amie, a highly experienced and accomplished OT, to refine clinical processes and develop best practices.
  • Engaging in ongoing mentorship and supervision to enhance your skills and confidence.
  • Leveraging technology to "break up with admin" allowing you to focus on client care.

Amie, an accomplished OT with a diverse background in mental health, rehabilitation, and public health, is an experienced mentor dedicated to helping clinicians grow. Warrick, a cardiac arrest survivor and highly regarded former business coach and mentor, brings a fresh perspective to support both team members and clients.
