Marsupial Landscape Management are seeking an experienced **Client Account Manager** to manage a key customer contract. Based at our Head Office at Lane Cove, the role will require occasional travel to sites based throughout the Sydney Metropolitan areas.

Marsupial has been at the forefront of commercial landscape management for over 30 years. We manage large-scale infrastructure and open space assets across a broad range of market sectors, priding ourselves on delivering the highest levels of service through innovation, horticultural expertise & our technical asset management capability.

**This role**
- Working with our supportive operational management team and subcontract partners to ensure our clients performance KPI’s are met.
- Assisting with subcontractor and internal stakeholder scheduling of reactive and reoccurring jobs.
- Be that central point of contact for our customers.
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes and invoice templates.
- Support our proactive General Manager in the development of strategic initiatives to minimise delivery costs and maximise our efficiencies

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar Client Account Manager role, is preferred but not essential
- Ability to build relationship with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
- Likes to be organised with good time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Current driver licence
