My client is an innovative manufacturer within the 3D Printing Industry that is targeting clients across a variety of industries globally. They are a global manufacturer and are experiencing a significant growth; therefore they are looking for a Field Service Technician to service existing clients in NSW.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical expert, offering hands on support and training for local customers.

  • Ensuring your knowledge and understanding of the machines and their performance is up to date.

  • Accurately capture customer issues within their CRM system.

  • Update and give feedback around issues and solutions to local teams.

  • Travel will be required locally and potential interstate travel.

  • Attending client sites to conduct maintenance, installation and or repairs.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and trade background.

  • Strong hands-on skills and experience working as a Technician.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
