You will manage and develop the team focusing on capacity management, coaching, professional growth, and recruitment to ensure efficient and effective delivery. You will work closely with our customers across TMR to ensure architecture services are aligned to their needs and equipping them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
You will make your mark through the ongoing development of a high performing Architecture practice to deliver quality outcomes to TMR and the people of Queensland.We are seeking an experienced Manager with 5+ years in managing and leading multi-disciplinary IT teams. You will have a proven track record in driving practice improvements within IT environments and your strong leadership experience will be instrumental in fostering team development and achieving organisational goals. You will have a strong commitment to delivering value to customers and you will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
