**Your role**
Join our award winning team as a Learning & Development Adviser As part of our Talent team, this role is responsible for supporting national Partner development.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Working with your Talent Development colleagues supporting the implementation of leadership development initiatives including, leadership programs and processes for the appointment of new partners and succession planning;
- Working in partnership with the Head of Partner Development and the Heads of Talent to identify, assess, and understand leadership needs and proactively identify solutions;
- Managing formal leadership programs particularly for high potentials and new partners including internal and external training logistics
- Supporting the design and management of learning artefacts including PowerPoint decks, SharePoint, Workbooks; and
- Advising on, administering and reporting on Partner learning programs, CPD and practising certificate requirements, psychometric instruments, and coaching activities.
**What you need**:
- To be a lifelong learner, adaptable and open to feedback
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to identify, design and maintain process improvements
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Proficient in collaboration tools such as Menti, Miro Board etc
- Ability to build SharePoint pages and manage content
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to analyse reports
- Learning Management System experience - SuccessFactors (highly desirable)
**You will also have**:
- Experience as a HR/L&D Coordinator or Adviser (or similar business role)
- Experience in a professional services organisation or in a partnership environment (highly desirable)
- An tertiary qualification (Business, Psychology, Human Resources or similar);
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Ability to work with people at all levels of seniority
- Strong written and facilitation skills; and
- A good sense of humour
- Enthusiasm to make this role your own.
