Our client is one of the largest essential service providers in Australia and New Zealand providing a comprehensive range of operational maintenance, design, construction, remediation and assess and facilities management services to their clients and customers across a wide range of sectors. These sectors include resources, telecommunications, transport, energy, water, health and industrial.
Our well-known client based in the Latrobe Valley is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month full time fixed contract, with the opportunity for ongoing employment.
Your new role
- Onboarding a large volume of new and existing trades employees
- Screening resumes and applicants
- Administration tasks - checking licences and compliance documents
- Updating databases as required
- Organising medicals, site access and coordinating a variety of task
- Providing updates to Management regarding recruitment activities
- Adhoc duties as required
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in high volume recruitment - blue collar desirable
- Must have flexible working approach to meet our high demands
- Be highly motivated and hardworking
- Ability to build & foster productive and co-operative working relationships
- Strong administration skills and high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements - EBAs
