**THE ROLE**

The Team Leader Placement Coordiantion is responsible for overseeing the coordiantion of all referrals from Children Protection for placements, and placement planning activity for children in the out of home care system. The role is responsible for all placements in Inner and Outer Gippsland.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Resolve complex operational problems and issues being experienced by team members.
- Lead and drive changes in process and practice as part of the Placement Coordination South Division Trial.
