**Join a high-profile SaaS business headquartered in Adelaide that delivers market-leading innovative workplace solutions.** They are a global scale-up company and their SaaS solution is used by thousands of organisations all over the world to enhance safety, security and compliance for visitors, staff and contractors.

As their new Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for performance marketing and driving effective end-to-end go-to-market strategies targeted toward their global SaaS business. You will manage a team of 6 direct reports.

This digital-focused role reports to the Customer Marketing Director. The focus will be to drive performance marketing strategies in the APAC region and to work with the team to drive growth marketing in new markets (North America and Europe).

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Solid experience in inbound and outbound performance marketing, lead and demand generation campaigns
- Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, planning, measuring annual marketing campaigns (budgeting, forecasting and deep involvement in the annual campaign planning)
- Strong leadership skills and proven people management experience (4 direct reports or more)
- At ease with data, metrics metrics, and setting up clear objectives to ensure measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and demonstrated ROI
- Experience in SaaS/Tech product/B2B marketing
- At home with Google Analytics
- Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and anayltical skills
- Proven experience with integrated, multi-channel marketing plans
- Salesforce dashboard analysis, Marketo and Tableau

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
