**The Role**

Reporting to Marketing & External Communications Manager, this role will:

- Work with the Manager of Marketing and Communications, Investment Management teams, and other key internal stakeholders to prepare external communication plans for initiatives that have the potential to impact reputation.
- Provide support in driving an uplift in digital engagement via marketing and communications plans and execution.
- Assist various internal stakeholder groups to execute content and graphics such as HR and Internal Communications teams with diversity & inclusion, reconciliation action plan and community initiatives.
- Support in the management of assets’ communication on digital platforms.
- Maintain consistently strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Take responsibility for implementing elements of communication and engagement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Marketing and Digital vendors.
- Contribute to the generation of new ideas for communication plans and knowledge of digital channel execution.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant field (Communications, Marketing Public Relations, Journalism)
- 4 + years’ experience in communications and/or marketing
- Demonstrated capability in execution of digital marketing strategies, ability to use Content Management Systems (CMS) and Client Relationship Management tools (CRM) and leveraging analytics platforms for data driven content and engagement approaches.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to coordinate tasks and work to many competing deadlines
- Intermediate MS office suite and data entry abilities, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive internal and external stakeholders
- Drive to seek continuous professional improvement and development
