**About the role**
QIC’s Client Solutions & Capital team is currently recruiting a Marketing & External Communication Advisor to support the development & implementation of the communication and marketing strategy activities across QIC’s platforms, particularly focusing on the digital communication strategy delivery, infrastructure platforms and analytics.
The primary objectives for this role is being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team on the processes and tools to deliver the digital content strategy, including playing a lead role in the corporate projects to evolve digital capability.
In addition to the above, key deliverables for this role include:

- Provide support in driving an uplift in digital engagement via marketing and communications plans and execution
- Assist various internal stakeholder groups to execute content and graphics such as HR and Internal Communications teams with diversity & inclusion, reconciliation action plan and community initiatives.
- Responsible for implementing elements of communication and engagement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Marketing and Digital vendors.
- Responsible for the management of Digital vendor relationships, in collaboration with Business Solutions aligned to QIC’s third party management standards.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, your demonstrable level of experience in a Communications and/or Marketing role with Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism.
Your previous experience will be highly regarded spanning across key areas such as:

- Demonstrated capability in execution of digital marketing strategies, ability to use Content Management Systems (CMS) and Client Relationship Management tools (CRM) and leveraging analytics platforms for data driven content and engagement approaches.
- An ability to understand and interpret stakeholder relations issues and priorities
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously, as well as in cross functional teams
- An ability to coordinate tasks and work to many competing deadlines
- Intermediate MS office suite and data entry abilities, with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain constructive internal and external stakeholders
- Strong time management skills Drive to seek continuous professional improvement and development
