**Description**:
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Officer (estimating) to join our Victorian Team, based out of our office in Scoresby.
**Your key accountabilities will include**:

- Dealing with customers' enquiries & liaising with sales staff on prices and products.
- Managing project orders and delivery schedules and communicating with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Support the sales team in any area of customer service.
- Handle dedicated administration duties and responsibilities.
- Occasional involvement in clients' events.
- Stock control assistance and data entry.
- Offer product/system solutions.
- Manage all backorders and forward order reporting.
- Maintain Clevertronics CRM information including quotations, opportunities and project completion.
- Enable and produce specific collateral for the BDM team for presentation to market.

You pride yourself on your ability to learn technical product information quickly (training provided) and you’re a team player at heart with a strong drive to support the success of your team and the wider business.

- Ability to work both autonomously and together with the wider team.
- Ability to develop expertise in product knowledge.
- Responsive attitude and Informing others.
- Experience in preparing quotes and managing orders.
- Reporting research results.
- Excellent phone skills.

On the job training will be provided.
