The Role
We are seeking a Sales Support & Bid Coordinator to join our centralised team. This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating tender submissions and sales documentation for playground, landscaping, and open space projects across Australia.
The position works closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-presented client documents, as well as providing support with CRM management, order processing, reporting, and estimating.
You will bring:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to interpret and respond to tender criteria.
- High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach, with confidence to seek out information and follow up with stakeholders as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare tender responses in line with RFQ requirements.
- Coordinate input from internal stakeholders to develop clear, accurate submissions.
- Maintain and update a central database of responses, templates, and supporting material.
- Assist the sales team with presentations, pitches, and collateral.
- Support sales processes, including quoting, order processing, and supplier coordination.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure quality control across all outgoing documents
