**About the Opportunity**

The Outbound Sales team is seeking an energetic and customer focused Outbound Tele-Sales Consultant to build customer relationships and drive sales with new and existing customers based in our office in Scoresby (VIC) or Perth. Lactalis is a flexible work place and in this role we are happy to support 60% office, 40% from home working balance.

Reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for an assigned telesales customer group, as well as building our customer network through cold calling and following up on new business leads. You will also be involved in phone campaigns to support promotional activity and new line launches, which will all assist in driving sales growth for the Lactalis portfolio of products.

This role is best suited to an organised and motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and is committed to providing exceptional customer service through identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
