**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our export division now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join our international team in the role of Export Officer.

Based in Scoresby and reporting to the Export Team Leader, you will become a critical member of the team by providing excellent levels of customer service to ensure our sales effort is maximised.

To perform your key responsibility of processing export orders and documentation, you will need to be able to communicate effectively with both internal and external production and logistics stakeholders, as well as customers from a wide range of countries and cultures.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or any other relevant field of study is desirable.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in international import/export requirements for dairy products or FMCG and export documentation programs such as BSM, OZDOCS & EXDOCS.
- Technologically savvy with a high attention for detail.
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to provide a high level of customer service.
- Maturity to work autonomously and in a team environment.
