MoveAbout Therapy Services is a leading paediatric occupational therapy practice who has an exciting opportunity for a part time administration professional to join our team at our Warners Bay clinic three days a week (with a potential option to increase).

**What your day will look like**:

- Greeting our clients
- Processing payments and end of day financial reporting
- Appointment scheduling and new client bookings
- Keeping the clinic clean and presentable and other general administration tasks
- Liaising with and supporting our team of therapists

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
