The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking an experienced and passionate Allied Health professional to join our NDIS team as a Senior Clinician – Disability. Based in a stunning part of regional SA, this position plays a key leadership role in the delivery of high-quality disability services in our community.

About the Role

As an Allied Health Senior Clinician, you will:

- Provide expert, person-centred services to NDIS participants.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals and Assistants.
- Drive service innovation and continuous improvement aligned with NDIS standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop culturally safe, evidence-based care models.
- Manage a clinical caseload while mentoring and supervising others.

About You

To be successful, you will:

- Be a highly competent clinician with relevant tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession.
- Hold full membership or registration with your relevant professional body.
- Demonstrate leadership in service delivery, team development, and clinical governance.
- Possess a sound understanding of the NDIS practice standards, disability service models, and cultural safety.
- Have experience working with complex clients, including delivering and supporting rural/remote service models.
