**The Role**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to join our team on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us over the phone. You will support our clinical team by managing patient appointments, answering inquiries, and performing general administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments for patients with allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times
- Process patient intake forms and documents, and update patient information.
- Experience billing WorkCover, Health Insurance, and Medicare
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointment scheduling
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic

**What We Are Looking For**
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the healthcare or allied health sector
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
