ALLIED HEALTH Receptionist Staff Member (Administration and office support)

Part Time: 21- 28 hours/week.

$25 to $29 /hour

What you'll be doing:
Providing a warm and welcoming reception experience for clients and visitors.

Handling patient enquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone.

Maintaining accurate patient records and updating information in our database.

Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.

Supporting the wider team with any other duties as required.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

We are looking for a driven & passionate individual who provides our clients with superior treatment & care. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance, but having fun is also. Food brings our team together over lunch or morning tea.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including medical practice management systems.

A passion for providing exceptional patient care and support.

Our practice is located in the heart of Tin Can Bay Village, close to shops and cafes.

Remuneration dependent on experience.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week
